Love 5.11! Their clothing is excellent and last a long time. My husband & son love their clothes. Say they are very comfortable. The people at this 5.11 in Fort Worth are super friendly and helpful. They have a great selection with new stuff coming in all the time.

Prices are more expensive than online. I was charged $50 for a sweeter that was $19 online. The QR inside of the sweater also showed $19 but store rep said that was a mistake. I called Customer Support and they also said it should have been $19. They are ripping customers off and the said thing is majority of their customers are first responders. I will never shop there again and I'm pushing the word out about this place to the first responder community. Don't waste your hard earned money. If you want that brand shop online.

We stopped coming here for a while due to bad service. 100% will return! Did not catch her name, but the redhead lady was super nice, extremely helpful, and very easant to shop with. We buy work boots and pants here, so it is a relief to have found location with positive service again!!

Had a horrible experience at this location. Some how the order got messed up and instead of the shift supervisor making things right. It took over an hour to get my order. She need to be held accountable.
